[Q]Can I change the payment method for the tuition fee to a different credit card?
[A] Yes.

[Q] Can I take a break?
[A] There is no recess system.
It is possible to re-enroll after withdrawing. When re-enrolling, it is possible to take over the course history (distribution from the continuation).
The withdrawal procedure is available on the following page.
[Q] If I withdraw from the membership, will I be unable to view the already-delivered Program (video/text)?
[A] Programs (videos and texts) that have already been delivered can be viewed even after withdrawal.
[Q] Can I join again after withdrawing?
[A] You can re-enroll.

[Q]I received a cancellation notification email even though I have not completed the cancellation procedure.
[A]It is possible that the payment (settlement) could not be made with the registered credit card or Paypal.

[A] We will re-deliver the past delivery program.

[Q]What is Text?
[A] It will be distributed as a PDF (download URL) according to the distribution program. We do not provide paper media by mail. Depending on the content of the program, there may be deliveries without text.
[Q】What is the Diploma Issuance Exam?
[A] The test is a "WEB test (multiple choice)". There is no practical test.
As long as you have an internet connection, you can take the exam anywhere.
We will send you each WEB test URL by distribution of Program30, Program60, and Program90.
No exam fee. You can take the exam even after you withdraw. You can take the test as many times as you like, but the deadline for taking the test is within one year from the date of distribution of the web test URL.
